DAY 3: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28 | Placed by Sovereign Grace: One Body, Many Members

SCRIPTURE READING: 1 Corinthians 12:18 & 1 Corinthians 12:14–16

DEVOTION: God has set each member in the body just as He pleased. You did not establish Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, nor did human founders. The Holy Spirit established this body. He washed us in the exact same blood and filled us with the exact same Spirit. Comparison leads to division when we think we don't belong or don't matter. But in God's design, every single Christian has been given a spiritual gift and is an essential organ in the body.

PRAYER PROMPT: Father, thank You for placing me sovereignly into this local body. Help me value every brother and sister and faithfully use the gifts You have given me. Amen.

ACTION STEP: Send a word of encouragement to a fellow church member whose quiet service or ministry contribution often goes unnoticed.
