Day 5: Friday, September 4 — Reconciled & Made Blameless
“Colossians 1:21–22 — “...yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight...””
Devotional Reflection:
Because of our sin, we were once alienated from God and hostile in our minds. But at Calvary, Jesus made peace through the blood of His cross! Through His death and resurrection, God has declared believers to be holy, without blemish, and above reproach. Our debt is paid and our condemnation is gone. As we walk in this glorious hope, let us live lives steadfast in faith and fully devoted to our Lord.
Prayer Prompt: Precious Savior, thank You for reconciling me to the Father by Your blood. Thank You for clothing me in Your righteousness and setting me free from condemnation.
Action Prompt: Reflect on the freedom of being 'blameless' in Christ. Reach out to someone who is carrying guilt or shame and share the peace found in Jesus.
