Day 5: Friday, August 14  —  An Invitation & Destiny Like No Other (The Resolution)

“John 3:16e — “...that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” | Romans 10:9 — “...if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart... you will be saved.””

Devotional Reflection:
Like a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' book, life sets two distinct paths before us. To 'believe' (pisteuō) isn't merely knowing facts about Jesus in your head; it means casting the full weight of your trust onto Him alone. One path leads to perishing under the weight of self-reliance and sin; the other leads to the glorious resolution of everlasting life with God. Your story finds its perfect ending when you place your trust in Christ.

Prayer Prompt: Father, thank You for the promise of eternal life through faith in Your Son. Anchor my heart in this secure hope, and give me boldness to share this invitation with others.

Action Prompt: Share this devotional or write a short note/text to a friend telling them why you believe in Jesus and what His story means to you.
