Devotional Reflection:
Many people live exhausted lives because they are striving to hold their unraveling world together with their own strength; whether in marriage, health, finances, or family. But Jesus does not merely sit above your world; He holds your world together! If King Jesus has the power to hold billions of galaxies in alignment, He is fully capable of sustaining and guiding your life through every trial.

Prayer Prompt: Jesus, You are my Sustainer. Forgive me for exhausting myself trying to carry burdens only You can hold. I place my anxieties into Your capable hands.

Action Prompt: Write down the greatest worry causing you stress right now. Place it in your Bible at Colossians 1:17 as a symbol of trusting Jesus to hold it together.
