Day 3: Wednesday, August 26 — Artesian Well vs. Hand-Pump

Devotional Reflection:
Many believers live exhausted lives because they treat holiness like an old, rusted hand-pump in a drought, straining willpower to force out patience or joy. But Christ did not come to install a better hand-pump; He tapped your soul into the infinite artesian well of the Holy Spirit. Spiritual fruitfulness is not forced by human effort; it overflows naturally from the indwelling Spirit of God.

Prayer Prompt: Holy Spirit, forgive me for exhausting myself in self-reliance. Let Your love, joy, and peace flow naturally through me today.

Action Prompt: When frustrated today, pause and pray: 'Holy Spirit, supply Your patience and grace through me right now.'
